Soul Food

Food is so good for the soul. It’s my little tradition on the blog to feature American soul food every week on Sundays. It’s a hearty and comforting cuisine that was born in the African American community down South, and while I’m no soul food expert I love having it any time I can get my hands on it and also coming up with recipes of my own that are delicious and healthier than traditional versions. Take a look at some of the Soul Food Sundays of the past!
