Being sick has really reminded me that I have not been showing my body the LOVE that I usually do–the love it deserves. Yours deserves it too! Our bodies are temples. It makes no sense to abuse them or ignore them or fill them with science experiments. In honor of Valentine’s Day, I made this lovely juice that is both delicious and nourishing.
The red hue of the juice comes from red cabbage (which you can’t taste, I swear!) and some lovely berries. Show your body some love. Be your own valentine.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (juice for 1)
- 2 medium apples (I use organic fuji)
- 1 cup hulled strawberries
- 1 c. red cabbage
- 1/2 c. carrots
Juice and enjoy!
